The owner called(Darryl) me at 10am to tell me that someone would be by with a delivery within the hour. I finally called back at 1pm to find out what was going on. He said he would call the driver and can me back. When he called me back he said that I was the last delivery for that particular driver and that it would be delivered. I expressed my  disappointment in being told an hour only to be given a different story later with quite a few excuses. He kept trying to talk over me and I told him he needed to stop talking and listen as I was an unhappy customer. He told me he didn't need to stop talking and if he did what he wanted, he would tell the driver not to deliver it at all. Extremely rude, empty promises and basically told me that due to his bad attitude and poor business skills, he would not deliver the product he was already paid for. On top of all of this.... This was a birthday gift that my mother sent for my 4 year old son to give me for my birthday. He was so excited about the surprise that was going to come to our house so he could surprise me for my birthday. Now my mother, my son and myself are rather disappointed. I told my mother to call the owner and then dispute the credit card charges if he did not refund her money. Absolute waste of money and time. I will suggest to everyone NOT to go through this florist. Apparently he handled all deliveries on Sundays as the other shops are closed (that's what he told me) so be careful if you are having flowers delivered on a Sunday as you may have this "business"messing up your day
