Triumph Property Management

I just recently moved to Las Vegas and needed to find an apartment. My daughter had used Triumph to find her an apartment so she gave me their number and I called them. From the first conversation I knew I had found the perfect company. They were very professional and seem to understand exactly what I wanted. I flew into town to look at a few properties. They spent the whole day with me showing me various areas. By the end of the day I had found the perfect home in a great area in my price range thanks to Triumph. I recommend them highly!

I am now going on 3 years as a tenant of Triumph Property Management Company. I have nothing but great things to speak of regarding this company. They take great care of their tenants and the properties they manage. All work/repair orders I submit are responded to in a timely manner. I love being able to have my rent taken out of my account every month so I'll never forget to mail a check. I've worked with Tierra and Cynthia and their responses to me are always prompt and courteous. Working with a property management company makes life so much easier when it comes to repairs and general rental issues. I came across this company when looking for a home to upgrade from my small apartment. I found a beautiful home in my price range. However, someone else ended up with the home. Tierra was able to forward my application to another property that was bigger but still in my price range. This process was the easiest I have ever been through. Normally, I get a struggle with other property managements and with this one it wasn't a hassel. They are a little hard to get in touch with (hence the 4 stars) but they were able to get me into a home on timely manner. Everyone there were very pleasant to deal with. Definitely, a company you should go to!

Property management said we would have need a double deposit to get the house we want. That was not stated when we put in our application and said majority of the houses will need one. Wouldn't have put in an application if we knew that. The house we want wasn't even ready to view. She stated at first that there was broken glass and had to reschedule the appointment to come view it. The next day it was still there not even cleaned up. There was even trash with shampoo and Gatorade bottles, and plus she stated the carpet needs shampooing. Online says it's available for move in NOW and from what we seen it's clearly not. Asking for a double deposit when the house is in that condition is unacceptable. Seems as I'f they need double deposit so they can clean the house up.

be careful with tierra. she will try to screw you. so always have a real state agent to help you better so she wont hold your deposit.

Triumph property management has been great. Working with them has been easy. They we're prompt in answering my questions and took the time it find out information and explaining it to me.

They suck! No professionalism what so ever. From the online repair request (only M-F during business hours) which they then claim they did not receive to the horrible customer service. Please spend your money elsewhere! No one here cares! I had to hire a lawyer to deal with these people! No one here has a clue!

I switched 4 rental properties to Triumph last October when my previous management company failed to handle the HOA fees properly. It has been the best experience I ever had since. All staff in Triumph are very responsive and polite. They have dedicated departments handling issues in each area such as Accounting, HOA, Maintanence, etc. They are so professional and productive. Whever I send them questions or issues in emails, they get back to me with answers and solutions right away. All the statements are well organized with details. As a landlord, I no longer need to get involved with the tenants. They take care of everything very well so I can have a peaceful mind. I am very satisfied with the work quality Triumph has offered. I strongly encourge you give them the opportunity to be your property management company. You will appreciate and be amazed to have Triumph manage your rental property!! John D. Palo Alto, CA

I've lived in one of Kami's properties now for a couple years, I can say that when I have a problem he takes care of it. If I have a question he answers it. I couldn't ask for more in a property manager!

I've stayed at Triumph property for 2 years and I have had no issues whatsoever. Their services, response times and overall management was very professional. If I needed anything fixed or an extra pair of keys I would always be helped out immediately.

Kami Zargari is the consummate property manager pro! He truly knows the ins and outs f the industry, He s got all the great contact and he gets the job done right. him and his staff bring expertise and value to every of our property investments when dealing with difficult tenants. With Kami on my team, I've got one less thing to worry about. I know Triumph will take care of my property s need. They get results!!

Fantastic property management company!! Triumph oversees 3 of my properties and spare me the headache I formerly had when managing them myself!! 5 starts!!

I wouldn't hire this property management company but I would hire their PR personnel! They have infiltrated the "independent" review websites and have been writing glowing reviews about them! You can tell because they read more like advertisements than reviews and the dates are all the same. I had a friend rent from them and they were a nightmare but which property management isn't a nightmare? I guess it comes with the territory!

Hire them now! We had an issue with one of our toilets a few weeks ago. The tenant reported that it was blocked up and put in a maintenance request. Standard stuff....I spoke with the plumber over the phone and it turns out that there was a much more serious problem that was causing the toilets to back up. Had it not been for them we would have had a huge plumbing nightmare on our hands.

I had a huge problem with several tenants with 2 of my investment properties. I was working with another property management company and they let the nonsense continue without taking proper steps to resolve it. After I fired those bozos, I was referred to Triumph Property and they not only took care of the problem, but took steps to ensure that it will never happen again. 5 stars for these guys taking out the trash and relieving me from a HUGE headache!

Although I was apprehensive about Triumph’s abilities at onset I must admit they did rise to the test and have taken care of my property for the past year an half. I would recommend them to other investor / owners who like to work with a no nonsense team.

After I hired TPM they found a renter in a decent amount of time, but that's the extent of good service I have experienced. I have Home Warranty service with another company that covers just about all repair problems. The bad news is TPM doesn't look at my file and on at least 5 occasions billed me for their own repair services that would have been covered by the warranty. So this company for one is incompetent to manage my property. Next, they won't return any money that I lost, due to their incompetence. They are crooks! Next, you can't get a hold of them during working hours. If you do, they might ask that they call you back, and then don't. While discussing why I didn't receive rent money on several occasions, it's like talking to people that are high on drugs and can't give you an answer why.

In summary, very incompetent and uneager people working there, which results in poor customer service time and time again. And on top of that, the owner is a crook, and will not refund you your money, even if it's clearly their fault or mistake. Avoid this company at all cost, what a big mistake I've made choosing them.

we moved in 10 days ago and still don't have a working dishwasher, even after repeated emails and phone calls to try to get one that works. It was DOA and even one of there employees came and looked at it and said it should have been replaced. On top of that, the garbage disposal never worked, and took them a week to replace. They turned over the keys to us and told us our apartment was ready, when we arrived with our moving truck we found out the house was still being cleaned and that the carpets were scheduled to be deep cleaned the next day. We had to move all our stuff into the garage and wait for the carpets to be cleaned and time to dry before moving in. This company either has no clue how to treat people or doesn't care. I'm still not sure which is worse.
