Texas Rib Shack

I walked in there Tuesday Feb 15 2011 to get some Texas BBQ.



Being from Texas the first thing I said was "What part of Texas ya'll from?



The answer I got was, It's not important What can I get you"



I said dude! I just asked because I'm from Texas.



Answer = I refuse to answer, What can I get you.



I never did get to try it the food because i thought darn how rude as i said out loud.



Looks like we'll eat somewhere else.



Guys response = fine as he turned around and walked out of site.



note:I don't expect everyone working in a Texas BBQ place to be from Texas "That would be silly" but to be ashamed of not being from Texas to the point of being rude and loosing what could of been a great customer ME is just bad business.



I will track down the owners and make them aware of this RUDE RUDE man working for them.



I certainly would not want him working for me, especially if my business was part customer service and I was hoping to get repeat business.



It's not always about the food and in this case I didn't get to try the food.



Will write a follow up as soon as i get a response from the owners.
