I took my daughter to Wendy Chiem to have her teeth cleaned. Wendy was drilling a calcium spot off of my daughter's tooth and went up and around the gum line. I was sitting there watching her do this. Once we got home my daughter shows me this gouge in her tooth, which was next to the tooth with the calcium spot. As Wendy was drilling up and around the gum she drilled a gouge into the next tooth. I called and made an appointment to return and get this fixed. Of course Wendy does not acknowledge what she did and refused to fix the tooth. She gave my daughter a script for tooth paste to help with the sensitivity and told her she can go some where else to have it fixed if she doesn't like it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
