I have been looking for a home to rent for almost 3 months. All agents from different companies that I attempted to get in contact with never responded and didn't follow through. That was until I spoke with Emily Guzman at Rentmax Property Management. Emily was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive fast to respond and was able to get us into a fantastic home quickly. Ok so I've had so many dad realtor's and when I came across Megan Henley she was so awesome she helped me look at many different places and took her time even off the clock to help me find a place. I haven't had a realtor that was so nice polite and respectful. Thank you for all your help I will be sending my friends and family to you!

I own several investment properties and have managed them myself for a long time. Tod Wever and his staff are excellent to work with. They lease properties quickly and always return my calls. They specialize in property management which I like. Most property management companies try to sell real estate too and its hard to be good at both. I highly recommend Real Property Management.

I was a tenant for rpmlv and was unfortunately exicted due to income change and when i had funds to repay those fees i spoke with shannon to set up a payment plan for a few months and then eventually paid in full thanks to her she worked with me and did everything to make sure i didnt have any added on fees when making payments and when it came time to pay the remaining balance in full she reduced the price over 300$ for me and she really made everything a very easy process and whent out of the way to help me it was awesome working with her and the rpmlv team :)

Real property management provides red carpet service. I never had any issues with my tenets when they were on the job. Thanks to them I made a lot of money!

We rented a home that was managed by RPM - Las Vegas from Aug. 2013 to Oct. 2014. Getting into the property was a little stressful but they worked with us on the date we wanted to move in and gave us a break on the administrative fee. Jesse was great about checking on us every 3 months and changing our air filter. He was always on time and answered all of my questions. We only ever had one repair with the property, the garbage disposal began leaking, and they had a guy come out and fix it the same day, no questions asked. Upon moving out we had a discrepancy about our security deposit and Jordan worked with us and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Overall, I think this is a very well run management company that cares about its owners and tenants.

Real Peoperty Management has managed my two Las Vegas properties for 3 years. I have been extremely pleased with the response to my requests and rapid corrections to issues. I am an absentee owner living out of the country .. I deal with the many great folks via email primarily and occasionaly can speak to them on the phone. They have marketed and rented my properties for me from afar. They take care of cleaning, repairing, bringing the properties back to marketable quickly and at a reasonable cost.



Crediting rents to my accounts has worked perfectly along with an exceptional website with all the info I need. A very very specail shout out to Sendy and Jordan for coming through for me on many occasions. They are professional, extremely nice to deal with and always fix the issues rapidly. I also have had excellent interactions with Tod the owner. He is very hands on and takes care of business for me. Can't recommend this company highly enough. I have seen a few not stellar reviews on them and I just figure that the problems were with them not the company. I have had a great relationship with them and appreciate all they do.

I contracted with RPM in August of 2012. After a rocky start, the property was rented to a great tenant. The tenant gave notice in June he would be moving, and there was a discrepancy as to the re-marketing fee. Todd was able to resolve this issue to everyone's satisfaction.
