        Overall

        When I went for a test at this location the tech unlocked a box for me to put my purse and to her surprise there was a urine specimen inside labeled 4/11/14, 3 days prior to that day. She took it to another tech who said "I wondered where that was", then she just sat it down on the counter with several other specimen cups with urine in them also. I was asking myself who is getting whose results, if any, certainly not too accurate after sitting 3 days, I made sure mine was labeled and sealed before I left. Very poor chain of custody if any!
