HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! The One Hour...

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! The One Hour tech told me I needed a new circuit board for my gas furnace and should replace the inducer motor in both units. He quoted a set price of $872 each, a total of $2600 for the 3 parts which had to be "specially made". Also, he recommended I replace the systems for $3300 each or really should replace both heating and air for a "deal" of $12,000. After I sent him away I found the parts available online for less than $500 total???? I called another company for a second opinion and they fixed the problem by simply cleaning the flame sensor!! They said both inducer motors were fine and the systems were in good condition. Total bill was only $180 and my heaters work great!!! One Hour's only goal is to separate you from as much cash as possible!!

My mother is 82 and had no heat, one hour fixed her air in the summer so she called them for her furnace, they told her she needed $800.00 worth of work. another technician from another company came and found what he said was a disconnected limit switch, he reattached it and it works, it seems interesting that this mysteriously came unplugged. anyway beware of this fraudlent company, i guess thats how they pay for all that advertising. to look a senior in the face and lie to them is the worst of all crimes, we will be contacting an attorney

Great Service

I saw the other reviews about pushy sales people, but that is not how I feel at all. I had a coupn for maintenance and gave One Hour a try. My A/C is a little older but it is still in good shape and the service guy told me that too. When I am ready to replace it I will call One Hour first before anyone else. They are so polite and neat!

MY A/C WENT OUT WHILE I HAD MY SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY UNDERWAY. I CALLED THESE GUYS BECUASE THEY ADVERTISED EXPRESS SERVICE. THE LADY WHO ANSWERED WAS SO HELPFUL AND COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD MY DILEMA. SHE THEN HAD A SERCIVE TECH ON THERE WAY WITHIN A ONE HOUR WINDOW AND TO MY SURPRISE WHEN THE SERVICE MAN SHOWED UP HE WAS COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. HE NOTICED OUR DECORATIONS AND PUT ON SOME OF THOSE BOOTIES DOCTORS WEAR SO THAT MY FLOOR WOULDNT GET RUINED. HE HAD US UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. THIS COMPANY DELIVERS EXPRESS SERVICE AND STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK IN WRITING. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!

I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH A MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I KNEW IT WAS TIME TO REPLACE OUR 3 ACs SINCE THEY WERE 15 YEARS OLD AND WE HAVE CONSTANTLY BEEN PUTTING FREON IN THE MAIN ONE. WE LIVE IN LV SO WE KNEW WE DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT UNTIL IT BROKE...THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AWFUL SINCE WE TRAVEL ALOT AND MAY HAVE NOT KNOWN WHEN WE HAD NO AC.



THE EMPLOYEES I DEALT WITH FROM THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE TO THE GENTLEMAN THAT FIRST CAME OUT TO THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE INSTALLATION AND DUCT CLEANING, ECT. HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT COURTEOUS AND THEY ALWAYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DO A GREAT JOB!!!



I AM AN EXTREMELY COMPULSIVE PERSON WHO IS VERY PICKY ABOUT THE PEOPLE WORKING IN MY HOME. THEY TOOK A SITUATION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AWFUL AND TURNED IT INTO AN EASY EXPERIENCE.

they didnt even want to repair...

they didnt even want to repair my a/c unit, they wanted to sell me a new one for a rediculous price. high pressure salesman come to your house after a technician spends five minutes on your rooftop. do not use this company, worse than a used car salesman. called another company and had it fixed for 150.00

they send a tech out to your house and all they do is try to sell you everything. my system just needed a good cleaning and becuse it was 9 years old they told me i needed to replace my system. had another company come out and cleaned and it worked fine. thanks for nothing.
