Needed a quick repair so I stopped here. Dr Williams had me on my way in two hours. The staff was very helpful to this out of towner plus they have a great selection of frames.

Very poor customer service from owner Grady Williams and his wife Betty Williams. I saw Betty, the owner's wife and receptionist literally tell an Customer to "Go to hell" and when the lady asked to talk to her boss, she said, "They can't get rid of me, I own the business". Mr. Grady Williams came out and heard all this, and said " I'm going to let you two hash this out" and went back to the exam rooms. Mrs. Williams literally kept berating this customer with insults, in front of a waiting room full of customers. I got up immediately, and left. I would strongly suggest anyone never to give this optomitrist their business
