Physician assistant Megan Mary Wiesel has always had an affinity for medicine, and she’s showcased that dedication at the Centennial Hills location of Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinics since 2014. The family-oriented atmosphere of our office is perfect for Megan’s relaxed yet focused demeanor as she works to improve the quality of your skin and overall health. Megan started her medical career in emergency medicine, where she learned to treat a wide range of problems. This helped ease her transition into dermatology, which appealed to Megan due to its daily interaction with people. Known for her excellent patient care, Megan enjoys going through follow-ups with her patients, a perk she didn’t always find readily available in emergency medicine. Establishing rapport and helping you feel better about yourself is as important to Megan as it is to you. A Pennsylvania native, Megan graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, before earning her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies at Alderson Broaddus University in West Virginia. She started her practice in Illinois before moving out to Las Vegas for the weather and the great opportunities in dermatology. For Megan, the key to building and maintaining rapport with patients is simple: listen to your thoughts, concerns, and goals. It’s important that you feel like part of our Centennial Hills family, and since your concerns are Megan’s concerns, she never wants you to feel rushed through an appointment or consultation.
