Poor customer service. Dont expect item to arrive on time. (Not even the same day).
My furniture was delivered to somebody else's house and I refused to accept a used piece. No refund for their mistakes. The Chinese woman which answers the call is rude and find excuses to get away with it. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I would give it 0 star if I could. First, there's no price showing on most of their furniture peices, which gave me a strange feeling as we first walked in. When their manager Berry showed up with extremely nice welcoming face, we felt much better, and he responded to our confusion of price issue "that's why I'm here".
Then,he walked us around and orally gave us all the price offer,which actually we couldn't remember anything accurate.when it was time to sit down and make the final decision,Berry made everything on a paper without a single price for each item.There was only a "total amount"show a few thousands $$$$.Be aware,that's the horrible start of the whole story. We completely trusted the "nice" guy, since he seemed very easy going. When we asked what if we didn't like some of the peices which were not displayed in their showroom
and we ordered through their manufactory catalogs,Berry told us they could always take it back and we didn't need to pay anything.At last, we thought it was a good deal then put a few hundreds cash for deposit,which was our second mistake. On the delivery date based on the contract, which they promised to do so, I didn't get any notice call from them. We were worried then I called at early afternoon time to comfirm with them. Another guy named Jerry picked up phone and told us one of our ordered pieces actually was suspended by the factory.there was no more such a modal being made any more. Without any apologies, we had to go back the store and go over everything again. Why not figured this out when we signed the contract or even just a little earlier before the final delivery date?!!! Anyway, we were even more surprised when Berry told us the piece was the cheapest one in our whole order, which means the total amount just a little lower but we lose one piece of our furniture.That's the tricky thing, make the "sweet"deal with the customers first, but without the detailed price for each item, then tell you some of them are not available, they can deduct the money from your deal. It sounds right and fair, but actually a rip-off,because the item which are not available are always the cheapest ones in your order!!Their selling strategy is so smart. If you ask them to cancle the order, they threaten you no refund your deposit anymore upon their contract tiny little words shows! We compared in another furniture stores close to them later on, and found out we got mislead by Berry's nice friendly face, their price for exactly something were not that good deal.And the long story not over, I we had a really really hard time with their real boss Mary. We had no choice but eventually still had to get our furniture from them. It's the most terrible buying experience in my whole life. No any apology from them from the beginning to the end, instead of that, Mary sceamed to us, "how can I know the factory stopped making it? It's their fault!!! " lol, that's not true, we made this test in another store, and they took out the same catalog and we found the same model, they immediately called the manufacturer's sales office in front of us, and we heard it was stopped making quite a few months ago from the other side of the phone. And, we were told there was no more any of it in stock either.
Jubilee talked to us with lots of tough words and I will call it a lesson. For those of you not smart enough,or bad at mathematical stuff, stay away from them.

Overall

We had a "build your own" sectional made for us and it was the most beautiful and comfortable sectional we ever bought. it fits perfectly in our room and our friends have never seen anything or felt anyting like it. we are very happy.

Buyer be ware! I having been trying to find a sectional that fit our large family room and went in here to see about the customizations that they advertise. We fell in love with the floor model and ended up ordering a couch in early Dec. We were not in a hurry for it but did make sure to put a large enough deposit to get the work started. After the holidays we called to check on the process and were told it would still be a couple weeks, then the next week the owner admitted he made a mistake and the work on our couch didnt even start until the first week in Jan. Now we are at week 11 and every week we have to call him and we get excuse after excuse, I am hoping that all this trouble is going to result in my dream couch but I would not recommend this place, they have not been honest, even after they admitted their mistake they were not willing to help us get the couch faster or anything, week after week of excuses. Barry seemed to be a good buy but I would go to a national chain furniture company that if there are problems you have managers and higher ups that have the authority to make it right. Berry says he is the owner, it is his warehouse but that there was nothing he could do to get us our couch in a timely manner...BS

We purchased our brand new hom...

We purchased our brand new home in October 2007. We had a HUGE living room to fill and could not find the right furniture anywhere. From Ashely to RC Willey no couches or loveseats would fit the bill and it all looked the same.Then we happened into Jubilee Furniture and could not believe the great selection we found there. Barry was extremely helpful in finding out what we were looking for and he helped us customize it to exactly what we wanted. We chose the fabric, the style of the sectional, the number of recliners built in (2) , even the type of foam padding. It all arrived on time, in great condition and shows no wear. After almost 5 years it all looks showroom new! We have referred many friends! Thank you Barry!
