        worst customer service ever. Alarm company is Horrible. They are lairs. I was told with my own equipment i would i could cancel with 30 days notice. Sales person lied and gave me 5 year contract. I never complain. But stay away from these thieves.

        Recently we had a technician come in regarding my alarm working incorrectly. He fixed the issue and spent about one hour addressing our concerns for safety in our basement. We had a motion sensor installed. Any time your people have been here they are knowledgeable and patient. I am very satisfied with Fuzion 3.

        great home theater

        I shopped around with a few places here in town as well as Best Buy - most of the guys really didn't know what they were talking about or were trying to sell me a system that was twice as much as I told them my budget was.



        Nate (the owner) came over to my house and broke everything down for me - told me what system would be the best for the acoustics and lighting in my family room. Now I have an *amazing* home theater - and the home automation is coming for Christmas!
