Purchased a bedroom set, dining set, sofa loveseat and chair and I am extremely satisfied with the prices, customer service and overall staff. the prices are very low and my sales person was awesome, Thank you furniture world for everything I am a very happy customer and will definitely refer your business to friend, family and recommend your business for any one out there looking to buy. they will change your order with out telling you and give you something different with poor quality..... WORST FURNITURE EVER!!

This store is lucky they even get a 1 star. Went there to buy furniture and as soon as I stated that I changed my mind because I did not like the terms of the contract, they became irate and hostile. No one should treat any prospective customer. Now I will tell all my friends and family and have them pass around word of mouth.

Their contracts are vague, they try & rush you to sign paper work without really explaining the terms. Then they stated that they have no authority at this store to give me my money back. Had to go to a different location where the owner is located. Funny enough, the owner never aopologized for his incompetent staff, nor did he approach me to find out if he could make things better. I will definitely not recommend this store to any friends or family. READ THEIR ADS CAREFULLY, THEY ARE DECEITFUL!!! and will charge you 3 times more than what the ad price is if you don't pay cash.
