Desert Hills Dental

My husband and I have been with Dr. Staton for well over a decade. They all work hard to please. They are punctual (and ask that you be the same). Their facility is very clean but very tight in space. However, the GOOD NEWS is they're relocating just NEXT MONTH to a LARGER FACILITY effective January 2023. They will also be open 5 days a week, not 4 days a week for dental work. Those were the only 2 reasons why I didn't give a perfect rating. Both reasons will be corrected as of January 2023. Congrats to the Staton Family and Staff as they head off to a new year at a bigger facility that handles all sorts of great procedures!

The dentist is not very careful, nor is her dental assistant. The dentist just about drowned me with the water they spray when doing a procedure. I couldn't hardly breath because the water formed a pool at the back of my throat, and effectively, cut off my oxygen supply. When I brought the problem to the dentist's attention, she made a joke about it. Also, the dentist was very rough when she used the thing that keeps your tongue out of the way. It was several days before my tongue wasn't sore anymore.

The office staff was as bad as the dentist. The dental technician kept bumping into my teeth with the metal dental instruments she was using. This was really annoying because I had just gotten my teeth straightened. On top of it, the dental office added something to my bill that they did not do. The bill was corrected after I brought the error to their attention, but several weeks later, I am still waiting on my refund. I would never go to this dentist's office again. They were terrible.
