DAPS

Awful experience. Son order a part back in April, it's now June, never recieved part. Shop said they would refund. That has not happened. No customer service. Why have a phone number listed if you do not answer. Strongly advice for anyone not to order anything online. Wish I could give a no star rating.

The owner James is a true sweetheart. Being that i'm not auto savvy, no matter what question i have about my vehicle he always takes the time to answer anything i may ask. If i'm in the area he will take time from his busy schedule and do whats necessary to put my mind at ease. I really appreciate his integrity. Instead of looking at my car and feeding me lies about my brakes being 90% worn or using any other unscrupulous tactics (another mechanic tried this before I went to Daps. Plus I had my brakes changed a few months prior so I knew that guy was lying. He also tried to convince me that I ordered the full service special <$80 more> when I only asked for an oil change) James tells me the upfront truth, has great prices, and will refer me to another mechanic if necessary. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Any mechanic that is more concerned with my safety and satisfaction than his bottom line is a keeper.
