Casa Don Juan Restaurant

Casa don Juan is my new favorite Mexican restaurant in vegas. The food is excellent and the staff is so friendly. Great location in the downtown art district. **** POSSIBLY THE BEST MARGARITAS I HAVE EVER TASTED****!

This restaurant was a complete JOKE! We saw very positive reviews online...but they were not indicative of our findings. First, the table they sat us in was wobbly. We asked waiter to change our table or fix it so. Nothing was done about it. Second, our food came and it was good. However, the server accidently spilled my wife's drink on her food. It took them over 20 min to replace and still charged us for the dish. Management was called and said they were not able to make changes to the bill...WHAT! What is the manager there for then??? Total disapointment!!

We were seated quickly with our drinks and chips delivered within minutes after we ordered them. All servers were polite and attentive. The food was borderline good to excellent, portions were large, I had the #4 combination, (ChickenTamale with green chile verde, beef enchilada. Beef taco with Mexican rice and beans, it could have used a little more sauce. My husband had a #24, a chicken & beef Fajita, with rice & beans, the portion was very large with a lot of beef and chicken , both tender and tasty . We would recommend this resturant to everyone.

This place use to be my favorite Mexican in las Vegas, and downtown is far from me, so we drove all the way over for my birthday, 6 adults and two kids, I had raved about the food to my mom who won't go out for Mexican since she cooks it at home. Well this time the service was horrible the waitress looked irritated from our kids with us and was very rude. Thy messed up two of our orders and brought back one was the same thing they brought out and drained it in disgusting sauce. When she took our order she stood at the end of the long table , I had to scream out my husbands order three times for her to hear instead of walking over to us. The salsa for chips and salsa looked watered down unlike before, it tasted like water with cilantro.I ordered three cheese enchiladas one was covered in rice and had no sauce r cheese on it, all I can say is good luck I hope you have a better experience but know me or my family are never returning and I'll keep spreading the word
