This place was a rip off. The owner, Gary, should be arrested (seriously!). There are many choices for blinds in Las Vegas, if I were you, I would avoid Best Buy Blinds at all costs. The guy took my down payment, then they never showed up! Gary refused to refund my money, he won't return my calls, and they still haven't installed the blinds or shutters (its been over 3 months!). We will be seeking legal action against this store and Gary.

Ok, so I needed blinds and decided to go to best buy blinds after shopping around at other competitors (home depot,lowes,bugsy's etc) my home needed a total of 26 windows and best buy blinds gave me the best quote so I decided to go give them my business. I gave a 50% deposit upfront and the rest @ time of install. I get home and decided to look up there business reviews, after reading their horrible online reviews I was very, very nervous of how this was going to turn out. Everything worked out perfectly, installer was on time to measure windows and blinds were installed within 15 days as promised. Installer was quick and proffesional my wife even tipped him and she doesn't regularly tip. I went to the location on russell, Rich was my salesman and he was great. I am in the customer service business as well and I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to save money on blinds.

Scammers with a license...

Please do not buy anthing fromt this company. We moved into our house almost a year ago and still we are waiting for a door to be replace. Jeff, the manager, gives you all kind of poor excuses to not call them lies. Who can come to our rescue???? It is unbelielable with what they can around with. Be aware do not do business with them terrible customer service



After doing further research, this company has a list of lawsuits a mile long with it's suppliers; it's wonder they have so many complaints!

Best Buy Blinds and Shutter Factory

I bought Polyshutters from this company 4 years ago. Within a year, the product started falling apart. The 2 windows I bought, 1 room used as storage, 1 room guest room, were not cheap- totaled $1,018. After 4 years, and swearing I'll never get these shutters, I found the receipt and finally called this store. I first asked what the warranty is, before complaining. The manager, Jeff, nicely said it's a lifetime. Then I told him that my shutters are broken and need to be fixed. He asked me how many pieces (the piece that holds the louvre to the moving thing) were broken. I told him more than 10. He told me for someone to come and fix them will cost me $150! And he lectured me about it NOT being a defective product. He assumed right away that I don't know how to open/close them. I told him then that even the shutters in the barely used storage room were broken. I also told him that I have 2 other shutters Sunburst which are working perfectly. HOW CAN THEIR PRODUCT NOT BE DEFECTIVE??? He insisted, strongly, because at this point I was already irate at the presumption of my ignorance to open/close the shutters, that I'm at fault. My point is, if you're selling a defective product, at least have the decency to admit and fix it! He said that I'm the only one, who has ever bought this product, has ever complained. Is that right???

WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I used them 10 years ago and was happy with the service and product quality so I made the mistake of purchasing from them again without doing my homework. That was my mistake because it was the worse service in my entire life and Jeff, the office manager, he must be underpaid because he sucks at his job. You know what they say, you get what you pay for. After that ordeal I did some research and learned they are not members of the Better Business Bureau or the Las Vegas Executives Association but they have plenty of unresolved complaints listed so save yourself some grief by going elsewhere.

Horrible Experience

I saw there displays at the Home Show this weekend and when I questioned them about there services they absolutely no clue what to tell me. Then I asked Eddie what his job title was and he said "installer". Why on earth would an installer be at a home show and not have any product knowledge. Based on other reviews - I am very glad I never called them out to come to my home. Oh, and on there flyer they advertise they have 4 locations and all them are shut down - false advertising. DON'T CALL THEM.

GOES BACK ON THEIR WORD!

FIRST OF ALL, THE APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER MADE IN THE APPOINTMENT BOOK, I HAD TO CALL AND ASK WHERE ARE YOU ?I THEN HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT. THEY MADE THE TIME FOR 12:00 .THEY DIDNT COME TIL 1:00 , UPON ARRIVAL THEY PROMISED TEMPORARY SHADES FOR THE HOME IN WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. FOUR DAYS LATER I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEYD BRING THEM TO ME, AND LOW AND BEHOLD I ONLYGOT 3 SHADES! I HAVE 15 WINDOWS! I CALLED THE MANAGER JEFF AND HE TOLD ME THEY ONLY COVER 4 WINDOWS, WHICH THE SALESMAN NEVER STATED, AND IF I WANTED MORE ID HAVE TO GO GET THEM, MIND YOU ID ALREADY GIVEN THEM 650.00. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR INSTALL, THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS NOTIFIED THAT NOT ALL MY COVERINGS WERE AVAILABLE, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND HE THE MANAGER WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE NUMBER. I ALSO ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND HE SAID NO, THAT ON THE CONTRACT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BACK ORDERS. SO I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO TAKE THE SHADES THEY DID HAVE, THEY THEN SAID THEYD COVER THE WINDOWS THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE SHADES FOR WITH TEMPORARY SHADES, I DIDNT GET THOSE EITHER! LOVELY EXPERIENCE AND NO COMPENSATION, DONT GO TO THEM!
