Do not trust this place to do your tax returns..too much mistakes. Just like what happened to my 2009 tax return, they put the wrong amount of my husband's wages and we ended up owing the IRS 7,000 dollars. We tried to ask for their help to at least help us fix it but instead they gave us attitude and blamed us for not double checking it. I have already admitted that it was a mistake for not checking it carefully but they should've admitted as well that they also made a mistake. This firm does not even deserve any star whatsoever.

I had my personal income taxes done with this firm for 2008 and 2009.



On my 2008 return, they typed my son's name and social security number wrong. I had to go back to them again and again to have it corrected.



My 2009 return was the worst. I purchased a home as a first time buyer and was entitled for the first time homebuyers tax credit. They made errors on my return and IRS denied my claim. Because of it and I am suffering financially. It has been 6 months now that I am trying to have this issue fixed back and forth with IRS. Now I have to get another tax professional to correct my 2009 return. Ar Financial does not even open their doors after tax time or honor appointments.



I give a 0 for Customer service and 0 for accuracy.



Trust me and avoid going through what I went through. Go somewhere else.
