My first impression of this company is that there Employees are on time and completely know what they're talking about I My Service PRO was Cody (form New York). Despite it being 110 degrees outside his professionalism did not let the heat change his attitude. He got every nook and cranny of the outside, and inside perimeter of my home. He also found a scorpions hide out and sprayed extra in that location for my satisfaction. Overall great first visit. Very impressed that they were on time; that goes a long way with me.

Robert was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and a very nice person. He has a great work ethic and I was happy to be serviced by him.

Hello! I'm Elaine T. and my service providers was Ben M. I honestly would love to have him back into our home! He not only did he find and took care of the root of my ant infestation but made friends with my territorial dog! My dog never responded so well to a stranger before. He was so patient and informative. He made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and why. I felt very comfortable. He even serviced inside the house as a courtesy. Aptive gets a thumbs up just for the wonderful people they hire and their customer service. Then they tack on the great price and efficiency. Seriously, where do you find these people?! Just wonderful.

Bailey showed up on time for the initial service. He presented the paperwork l, then got busy spraying. Since it is the initial service, I don't know how it is, but as far as his professionalism, Bailey was great.

Today was our first service with Aptive. They came recommend by my girlfriend.

Robert was our service man, he was on time, very polite and professional! He went over our contract in great detail, went over how he was going to treat the house. Explained that it was safe for children and pets!

Jeremy V was on time, professional, well-groomed, knowledgable about their products and very through with explanation and in doing his job. A little pricey, but have had a great experience so far. Be aware that these products are intended to be eaten and taken back to the nest (to kill the queen with ants). Pet safe (impt to us, as we have a toy MinPin) allergy safe. Marianne O.

First service today. My appt. time was 9:00-10:00 am window. I pulled up to my drive @ 8:55 and Ben Barnes was already there. I felt bad that he arrived be for me. He was very gracious, said not to worry. He made sure I understood everything the Rep had told me and ask if I had any other questions or concerns. I showed Ben a small ant hill that had just popped up 2 days ago. He said he would use a product designed for that issue. Ben was quite polite, well mannered, well groomed and personable. In all very professional and made you feel comfortable with your decision. Your lucky if all your employees are a as great a Ben Barnes.
