Overall

I was a patient of Dr. Aaron Adaoag. I went to him cause he was my PCP and I wanted to get a physical done. He had me go to a lab to get a test done. Afterwards, I went back for a follow up, the doctor informed me that I had an incurable disease. He did not offer a copy of the report to me. I was upset to find out this news because I thought for sure that I was clean. For over 4 months I thought I had this incurable disease. When I went to a second doctor for a second opinion, that doctor pulled the report from when Dr. Adaoag sent me. He informed me that the report stated I was negative. I asked him to run a second lab test from a different lab. The results from the 2nd lab test were also negative. When I went to the Aloha Medical Center, they locked me out saying they was closed at 4:45pm. The next day, I called the Aloha Medical Center to ask them why I got a false report and that I would like a copy of my records. They informed me that I would have to talk to the office manager to get that information. When I asked them to transfer me to the manager, they told me they would have to forward my information and have her call me back. I never got a call back and I have been trying to get in touch with someone that can answer my questions.

go somewhere else!

i went to see this doctor for a simple issue and was told that he needed to run a few tests. i agreed to come back and let him run what he needed then would be contacted with the results. during this time i had a family emergency and had to leave town to go back home. i made an appointment with my family doctor and asked that my records be faxed over. his office refused to send anything, including the paper work that i brought HIM to look over. i faxed all the medical releases i could think of and had even listed my family doctor as someone who had my permission to access my records at any time when i came to my first appointment at aloha med. they even refused to send my test results to me personally. after a few phone calls the receptionists took to hanging up on me instead of answering my questions. i have never had a worse experience with a doctors office in my life. i would suggest that anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable office, look elsewhere.

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR

I went to this guy a couple times really looking forward to having a great new Doctor. I have my own OBGYN doctor and was looking for a good GP Doctor. Well it did not happen, this guy is really unreal. Find another GP, there are a lot of great ones in Las Vegas.

He wouldn't discuss more than one issue

Went in to meet this new doctor and when I told him what was bothering me, he said he only takes care

of one thing at a time. He also said he knew what I was like when he walked in the room. (?????)

I needed refills of presecriptions that I brought with me..I didn't get the prescriptions. I had not been to a doctor in a year so I did have a couple issues. I had a rash on my face that he wouldn't discuss. Thumbs down. He needs to learn how to deal with people and their problems.

RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL!!

After my second visit the front desk lady by the name of Jocelyn failed to get my medical benefits from my provider. She insisted in charging me 25$ for every visit when my insurance stated that we had a 10$ co-insurance only. After telling her this information she got very rude and did not want to call my insurance and stated that it was a waste of time anyway.

After getting very angry and requesting my medical records "Jocelyn" was hostile and very unfriendly. My new doctor tried to send her faxes requesting my medical records as well and the office was mean to the new doctor as well and refused to answer any phone calls or faxes. This doctor's office is not recommendable to the public for they only are out there to get your money and not even care what type of insurance you have. Aloha Medical is not welcoming to their patients and fail to provide quality service.
