A Childrens Dentist, LLP

If I could give this Dentist and staff a negative Star I would.

Dr. Saxe and His brother Dr. Saxe are both extremly rude and condescending I have beed over charged for years. Every visit for a simple examination and have spent over $3000- 4000 there or more. Dental Shoe broke on my child and Dr. could not fit us in at 7am. We were there early at 6.45 am at a scheduled appt at 7am ...Dr. Saxe said they could squeez us in at 10am or so. Have had several times where Dr. wouldn t even come in to the exam room look at my child prior to X-rays, but proceeded to speak about my child and me( the mother) in the hallway ( prior to comming in the exam room with a big attitude. All I asked was for the Dr. to look into my child s mouth before doing Xras. Really? can t look into my childs mouth....too busy. Dr. and Staff would not give me the copy of X-ras and File. After 2 weeks provided me with a Ledger.... I requested the full file in writing- I wanted the copy of X-ras to take to another Dentist and was denied by the staff. Some blond office manager proceed to school me about their office and Dr.'s policy not to give out the File and copy Xrays - RUDE Staff and Poor Service disapointed!!!

Geat staff excellent people skills. Our son had poor dental hygiene. your office helped us fix the problem teeth and educate our family on how to maintain healthy teeth.

These guys in my opinion,are more interested in getting rich than taking care of kids.
