        The RAD is one of the world’s most influential dance education organizations. The exams set standards in classical ballet worldwide. RAD is a global leader in dance education and Continuing Professional Development for dance. Founded in 1920 to set standards for dance teaching within the UK, today RAD has a presence in 79 countries, with 36 offices and over 14,000 members worldwide.         Verdi Academy of Dance is an awesome dance school. My daughter has been a student there for three years and loves it. Veronica Edwards teaches using the Royal Academy of Dance curriculum and is the only certified RAD instructor in the state of New Mexico! This means that the teaching is of a high standard and the concern is on true technique, not just let's do this for a performance without care to increasing the ability and skill level of the students.

        Mrs. Veronica is a wonderful example to our daughters and sons. She is professional, respectful, and kindhearted. My daughter absolutely LOVES her and ballet. She has created an environment that fosters learning and love of dance. BRAVO....Mrs. Veronica! You are LOVED and respected in Las Cruces! Thank you for all you do! We appreciate you!

        Mrs. Veronica is kind, patient, and knowledgeable about ballet. My daughter has blossomed because of her. Her classes are professional yet fun. She is an expert and I highly recommend her for ballet classes. The recitals are great and any parent would be proud to have their daughter or son in class with Mrs. Veronica. She is wonderful!

        My daughter has been going to ...

        My daughter has been going to this ballet school since she was 5. She is now 12 and beginning pointe. This is a Royal Academy of Ballet method taught by Veronica Edwards. Ms Edwards is gentle, patient, and kind. This school is wonderful. I highly recommend her school for any boy or girl interested in ballet.
