I Shipped a package (insured) from this post office, got the tracking number and kept checking for a month and then it ends up in my returned mail! Package said returned for postage! Ruined my grandson birthday present! Sent 2 other small packages and one was destroyered and another has still not received after a week! This location is corrupt! Will copy and send to postmaster general in Washington DC

The postmaster general and his friends steal packages from this location and Tampa! Someone needs to stop this crime ! These people are thiefs !

I am a snow bird. I have been here for 5 months and have had FOUR packages lost...NEVER DELIVERED. One was delivered from an honest neighbor down the street. I live in a 55 plus neighborhood and know the packages are not being stolen. I have also had mail that took over two weeks to get here from Ohio. I had the privilege of speaking to the rudest supervisor today that basically told me it was my word against the deliverer. Thank God that my second call resulted in a regular worker, named Chuck, who was absolutely wonderful. He opened a Consumer Affairs Case for me. One package contains mail from Ohio containing EVERYTHING for identity theft! This is the United States Post Office. Come on! I have dealt with a gal named Sherry in the past who was nice. I keep hearing that it is a busy hub. If they can't get it right, perhaps they need new management. Chuck would be my vote to fill the position!

It's the USPS need I say more. Government run, you can't fire me, I don't care about my job, customers and mostly your business pick up.

This is by far the best USPS post office I have dealt with n the entire state of Florida, they should take the folks from here and use them as a model to train those idiots in Tampa who do not know how to scan packages.
