IHOP

I gave it one star because I had to but wouldn’t give it any if I could. We have been to that restaurant many times and today was just very disappointing! We arrived at around 1:40am, ordered second from other tables and got our food last. Silverware was dirty, after checking 3 different ones I finally got one that looked decent smh, then our food gets to our table an hour and a half later but even after all that time my plate wasn’t complete they said they’d bring out the rest a bit later lol the waitress was in a rush to go elsewhere because she dropped off the plates and left! I was going to order coffee and by the time I looked up she was gone, we waited an extra 5-8 mins and still my plate was incomplete. We got up to leave and she just smiled and said thank you guys! Like seriously!! Apparently the cook and manager are both new, I think someone that has a clue should work there. Well the husband and I ended up at Denny’s and the service here is great!!!

This morning was very disappointing in the Laredo I Hop we got there at 1:40 a.m. ordered that order took around 45 min. My wife's plate was lacking hash browns the waitress was stressing rushing saying the cook was new and the manager was new, we waited for the hash brown ten more min. So my wife and I could eat together but it never came, and the silverware was dirty. We usually have a nice time there but not this morning .God willing you all will get it together. Came to Denny's instead.

I am a regular guest at ihop, but today the food portion they served is not like before. They serve less now wtf? We told waiter and apparently they have new cooks and by the looks of it new waiters also.

we have been waiting for our food for nearly 45 minutes. this had better be worth the wait.

Whether its to start your day off right or if you had a late night IHOP is a great choice!
