        A pleasant experience with this company... My sump pump failed and they came over same day, cleaned it up and dried it and replaced carpets and drywall. Best of all they dealt with the insurance company and all the agents and adjustors to make sure I was covered. Recommended.

        Great service fixing our basement after a heavy rainfall caused water to back up through the sewer.... The techs cleaned the floor and steamed the carpet and put some chemicals in to stop smell and prevent mold. Did take about 4 days to dry but I guess that's how long this sort of thing takes. Guys were clean and didn't make any mess. Recommended!

        They do good work, however, I did not appreciate their billing practice. They did not receive the check from the insurance company and called me. I contacted my insurance company and then called them back within 24 hours with intention of putting the remaining balance on my credit card. It took them 48 hours to call me back. What I am upset about is I received a letter and invoice dated the day they originally called stating that the will put a lien on my home if they do not receive payment and I received this letter the day after I made the payment. I understand there may be people who don't pay their bills, however, at least give people a chance to resolve the insurance issues and pay their bill before threatening a lien on the homestead.
