Her work is DIVINE and done with great attention to details. My lashes look absolutely STUNNING & NATURAL!!! You are doing yourself a disservice by not scheduling an appointment.

I drive over 2 hours to come to this salon! I am a health professional and very analytical and EXTREMELY picky!!!! I get my eyelashes done here and I will tell you that Tia by FAR does an amazing job!! I have been to other places and no one does a better job than Tia!! Perfection and honesty at it's finest. I love the atmosphere it's very laid back and the conversation is fun and enlightening!! I will not trust my lashes to anyone else anywhere!! This salon is by far one of the best!! Before you purchase an online special I would call her first to see what deals she is running and also tell her what you have in mind and she is more than willing to work with you on details. Exceptional service at a fair price!!!!

NIGHTMARE!

I was burned while my eyebrows were waxed and then my brows were dyed black (my hair is light brown / blond).

I had eyelash extensions on Saturday and noticed I was in horrible pain by the next morning. I was unable to reach anyone until late in the day on Monday. I was then told that no one could see me to remove them until 4:30 PM on Tuesday. I went to another salon to have the lashes removed where I was told that what was on my eyes was not Novalash glue or Novalash extensions. She had a Novalash kit in her salon but the glue she used was much harder and the lashes were thick and stiff like broom bristles. The glue was so thick and hard that the solvent ususally used to remove lashes barely worked on it. It took over an hour to remove the layers lashes that were all stuck together.

I'm lucky I still have my eyesight!



The general attitude of the staff did not make me feel important. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was told that the salon didn't open for another 5 minutes. What kind of place doesn't open BEFORE they expect clients to arrive?

Alright, i bought two groupons, one for my friend and I to actually enjoy a place to get our nails done. I bought it October 17, 2013, which this groupon expired on January 16, 2014. I finally Got a hold of them. They told me they were booked and that i had to call ahead, and I stated I had. She was like no you didn't i would know i am the owner. So the owner talks down to customers, and is absolutely rude to them? Telling me they will not service me nor my friend.
