So my fiancee broke down and called for a tow. We had to keep our vehicle on the lot until our checks came in, we are on a fixed income. Went a paid their RIDICULOUS fees. Had 2 additional fees not explained to us. When my nephew goes to pick it up with the trailer and they told him oh by the way our yard was broke into. Our truck was broke into. We have over 1000.00 worth of items stolen. Plus they rolled the windows down and unlocked it after it was locked, damage to the tail light. Please DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

Do not use this company. Avoid them like the plague. Call a friend and leave the car in a ditch My son went into a ditch on I 96 with my vehicle. No damage to the vehicle The police called these people. Literally the receipt is for a "winch out 10 feet." There was only a winch and no flatbedding or hooking up. It took less than ten minutes and there were at least four other cars in the area to justify their "call fee." He was charged (and I will ultimately have to pay) $175 for less than ten minutes of work (more than a very high priced attorney by a large factor). I went through college running a tow truck and this is exploitation. I would have been embarrassed to charge more than $40.00. I am not done with my work to call these people out. I am also sick that these are the people that the Michigan State Police would call.

A cold and snowy night (November 29th, 2011), my wife and daughter were hijacked by Shroyer's for 175 bucks to pull a Ford Focus out of a ditch. When I called the following day asking for relief, and explaining that I would write either a nice review or this one, they responded that "we don't respond to blackmail." Hmmm, wish they didn't respond to stranded women by overcharging them ...
