The homes are cheaply made and constantly have electrical problems, tax on property are absurd, the park owners are very clicky and favorites and pick on those that are less fortunate, the tenants are over sensitive and complain about the littlest thing like letting your Lincoln town car run to warm up and having five people at your house, they complain about Christmas lights being left on after 8pm , now this may seem like an elderly park. I assure you that it is not. These folks are around their 40/ 50 / ,, the park and the tenants will make false allegations as well and say your going around throwing trash everywhere and breaking windows with BB guns . They are strict on speed limit in the park mean while everyone else is doing twice over the limit and look at you like your the one speeding. To the point that even when your doig the posted limit they still complain. The kids 7 / 14 run free and unattended through the park destroying personal property and setting fires. But they don't allow kids to play. They don't have a park or a pool for the youth. They give you a hard time about keeping the snow cleaned off your cars. They give you one week to cut your grass or they will do it for you but charge 50 dollars to do so. The owners of the park are very grumpy and will start yelling at you when your trying to politely ask them how to fix a problem your having. There is a lot of drama here. And a bunch of babies I would not say this park is respectable or ran by those that ahold a adult or good business figure. I could go on and on but this park is very trashy in the sense of how people are and act.
