Instant Tax Service

I would not go to this Instant Tax location or any other for that matter. This year in 2012 they have been advertising Refund Anticipation Loans and frankly that the only reason I chose to file with them this year. Plus you only pay $199 to file. Low prices and a promise for "quick money" doesn't always live up to its expectations.



First, they promised me and other clients that they could transmit our returns by Jan. 13, 2012 and we would have our refund money by Jan. 19, 2012. That is FALSE. NO ONE could transmit until Jan 17th to the IRS.



Second, I was told that I qualified for a Refund Anticip. Loan based on my last year's income and projected refund amount. They approved me for $300 but promised I would still get the remainder by Jan 19th. After going up there every day since the 19th because I received NOTHING, I decided to contact the IRS myself. The IRS told me my refund would arrive on Feb. 7, 2012!



All I wanted from Instant Tax was honesty and assurance that I would get my money when they projected it would be available. LIES, LIES, LIES. Steer clear of Instant Tax. They prey on the ones who prefer a "quick" refund and "cheap" services. Nothing wrong with paying more for better service and reliance in the company you're dealing with. You get what you pay for in the end. THEY WILL NOT HAVE MY BUSINESS AND MANY, MANY OTHERS' NEXT YEAR!
