General Info: Bailey Tool & Manufacturing was established more than 30 years ago as a metal stamping company. When it came under new ownership in 1993, the company added state-of-the-art tooling production to its steel stamping capabilities. It has become a leading supplier to automotive tier-one and tier-two customers for a range of stamped and assembled metal and engineered products, including ride control components, spring seats, oil seal caps, motor mounts, truck steps, metal inserts, metal brackets, heat shields, motor caps and emission control devices. With its decades of experience, Bailey Tool & Manufacturing is a key strategic partner to many Fortune 500 companies. It operates a 105,000-square-foot stamping shop in Lancaster, Texas.
