this place is terrible ,i would think that the girl name sherry that gzve this place 5 stars is probally an ex employee or a friend of the owner this place will drain ur bank account here in lancaster ,they stole my mothers depost also said she did not put gas back in the car also said she smoked in it , my mom has not smked since she was 20 years old she is 65 we trusted this place enterprise did not have a car rite a way so we went to rent a wreck they will cheat u all they can and charge u charges weeks later after they get ur cc number so watch ur statements closley..bad business bad communication,go somewhere else unless u can afford to ripped off,

i was thinking of renting a vehicle i called the staff was rude i belive she said her name was deb ,well i was on the phone with her when ,the dealership called i put deb on hold 4 less then 30 seconds she hung up..i never returned her call ,the man at the dealership where my truck was gettibg repaired told me ,DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ! VERY DISHONEST PLACE!!THEY KEEP PEOPLES ALWAYS FIND A REASON TO DO SO,WILL TELL U THEY FOUND A SCRATCH LIKE 2 WEEKS LATER THEY TOOK MONEY OF PEOPLES CREDIT CARD WITH OUT THERE KNOWLEDGE,this place will take all ur money from ur account and give u a runaround,,i can tell u more stories ,plz do not rent from these ladie or rent a wreck in lancaster they give u a car thats not clean int or ext and they will ROB U BLIND,,,,THEY ONLY WANT TO LINE THERE POCKETS THIS IS A FRANCHISE THAT ANYONE CAN GET ,,,,,GO TO ENTERPRISE THEY TREAT U RITE AND WILL NOT STEAL FROM U !!

hi rent awreck in lancaster ohioi s thieves i rented a truck is very dirty but nice truck the int was not clean there was trash all over the floor,well lets start overwhen i rented the truck i told deb the manager that my wife was going to be driiving deb said fine she needs to come in sign papers,my wife called when i was at work she said 10.00 more a day for her to drive it,she was the sole driver ,,they did not tell me that at the time ,also they kept my deposit 150.00 and aweek later they debit my card 4 another 975 deb said there was ahes on the floor that is a bold face lie as we dont smoke!! so i do not reccomend anyone to rent a vehicle from deb a t rent a wreck!! they do not communicate at all very rude also ..

The staff was very helpful and knowledgable plus friendly. I felt that they had my best interest at heart. Not only did they put me in the car that fit me best but did so without hassle. They treated me like I was a family friend. Smiles all around! Made a bad situation more pleasurable, if that is possible..very caring and concerned about me and my situation. Didnt act like they were there just to make a dollar off of me but there to help me out. I would rent from them again and recommend them to anyone that needs a rental for pleasure or due to car problems.
