Fairfield Family Dental - Heartland

I have rated this dental practice at one star and I sure wish I could leave no stars. On March 20, 2018, my daughter was charged $1666.00 for a single crown on tooth number 15. This is one of the most grievous acts of overcharging that I have ever seen. My daughter is young and I believe taken advantage of...you decide. Our family just started going to this dental practice and of course we will never go again but the point I want to make is that we used to visit a dentist in Worthington, Ohio and for those who don't know, this is a very well-to-do community and for most people, a dental charge in Worthington would not be a problem regardless how much it was for a crown. When we left the Worthington dentist, six months earlier, the most they would charge for a single crown was $1,000.00. If my math is correct, my daughter paid 66% more to get a crown at the Fairfield Family Dental business than what we would have been charged at our dentist in Worthington. By the way, the reason we left the Worthington dentist is because we live in Lancaster and Worthington is quite a long distance for us. Bottom line is I called and complained about what she was charged and the girl I talked to said they were corporate owned and that they did not set prices?????

The office as a whole is all brand new staff and the turn over is often. My family used to appreciate the familiar faces like Stacie the front desk girl that also is no longer there. Now, you might as well go to a new office every 6months
