Very disappointed in this company. Called because my fridge was not working properly. Called him on a Monday morning took him all day to get back with me then said he would be there the next day around 4. Next day came he got a hold of me in the morning said that he would be there at 4, waited and waited for him no call and never showed up. The next morning he got a hold of me and asked if that morning would work. Then said he would be there at noon, called back and said he was running late and would be there at 12:20. finally arrived at 1pm. came in got ice off of my freezer then took a cover off told me to get my computer and get on a website to look up a part. then told me to order the part and have it delivered to my house and let me know if it didn't work. then a minute later told me that he was wrong and that my fridge just needed to be replaced. put the cover back on and then charged me $60 for being here less than 10 mins and told me he gave me a discount. Would not recommend him to anyone unless you want to be upset and feel like you got ripped off.

This guy was no help.
First he was late arriving, he was scheduled for between 10-12 a.m. No call so I called him to see if he was still coming, he stated he was running late and would be here soon. I had to run errands so I said I will call when I return from my scheduled errands.
He did finally arrive at 5:00, I already had done some research on what the problem component on my dryer may be. I shared the research and my ideas and he disagreed. He brought no repair parts to do the repair but told me to order them online myself and do the repair. He then charged me $70.00 for the house call that he did nothing for.
I have familiarity with electronics so I was not afraid of the take apart but I am sure many people would not want to do this repair on their own since the dryer operates on 220V of AC electric. I ordered the part he said to against my better judgement. When the part arrived I installed it and no change at all in the problem. Luckily the place that I purchased the parts from allow returns. So I returned the doctor's chosen part and then ordered the part I originally thought that it was. Magically it fixed it, no thanks to The Appliance Doctor of Lancaster OH.
I reviewed the notes that I had written when doing my research and from the original call to schedule the Appliance Doctor, in my notes I had written that my house call quote was $60.00. So his housecall rate varies from day to day it seems.
I did call the repair guy back and told him that I fixed the dryer with the part that I had identified as bad instead of his professional diagnosis. I also asked why he charged me $10 more than the phone quoted price and he said he was sorry and would leave me $10 in an envelope at my front porch the next day. That was 3 days ago and not sign of the Doc or my $10.
Beware is my advice.

THIS GUY IS CROOKED!!! HE WAS HOURS LATE AND PULLED A SCAM ON ME. FIRST HE CHARGED ME FOR LABOR HE DID NOT DO. MY WASHER WOULD NOT RUN ON THE NORMAL CYCLE BUT WORKED ON ALL OTHER CYCLES. HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY TO FIX THE PROBLEM.HE LEFT THE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY ON TOP OF MY WASHER WHEN HE LEFT WHICH NOW LEFT MY WASHER INOPERABLE. THE ONLY REASON MY WASHER WOULD NOT RUN ON THE NORMAL CYCLE IS BECAUSE I HAD THE DELAY START BUTTON ON....VERY CROOKED AND USES HIS VETERAN STATUS TO GET PEOPLE TO TRUST HIM...NO INTEGRITY

Outstanding Service! Everytime I've used them it has been an emergency and they always find a way to get to my house ASAP. Their work is superior and their prices very fair. The same person (205) has done the work each time and is truly excellent. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

This man is a joke he says he will be at your house and comes hours latter or not at all. Don't tell you he's not coming there's been an emergency. Any way I spent $150.00 for a broken fridge. Calling several times he refused to call me back so to get his attention> I cancelled his check. Then he showed up staying at my house for one hour and ten minutes knocking repeately. I called around to see if anyone had heard of him NO good response they had nothing good to say so they said nothing at all. How this man is in business, I don't know yes he is cheap. But don't keep his word.And don't solve the problem. I need a new fridge.

very helpful even before I had him come out. I am very tech savy and reapir most everything in the house. I was stumped on this frontloader with PLC, he steered me in the right direction and I had him come out when I still couldn't get it. He came to the house twice, fixed the problem, door switch, and charged me less than Sears wanted just to show up. INCLUDING THE PART!! I asked him for a stack of business cards to pass out to my friends and family. First time ever for that.
