I walked on the lot looking to see if leasing a Jeep was the right option for me after dealing with a few horrible Chevy dealers. As soon as we pulled on the lot we were greeted by David W. He is all about his customers having a great overall experience and possesses such a positive attitude. He knows EVERYTHING you need to know about Jeeps. I test drove the Jeep Cherokee Latitude and loved it! At first both my husband and I were skeptic about going to Pine Belt Chrysler Jeep since we have bought and leased many cars in the past and know all the games dealerships can play but I can honestly say after meeting the Saleman Adam and Manager Bill I would highly recommend leasing or buying your next Jeep or Chrysler from this dealership. They asked me where I wanted to be in price and after about a minute the Manager walked over, shook my hand and said Congratulations you have yourself a new Jeep. I have never been in a dealership that did not haggle price for hours, and was in and out in less than 2 hours including my time with finance. My husband and I had been researching the 2015 Jeep Cherokee for a while and decided to visit a few different dealerships to weigh our options. After visiting a few near our home we eventually made it to Lakewood and met Adam Lloyd. He was very helpful and showed us the 2015, 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder, Jeep Cherokee. He explained all the options very clearly and gave us time to think about it. We came back three days later because after researching other deals, we found that he had given us the best one. We signed the papers and drove off with our new Cherokee.

I had taken my daughter car shopping as she needed a reliable car to get her to and from College. As we arrived at Pine Belt we were greeted by a Salesman Mark. He was extremely nice and turned out had graduated from the same College my daughter is attending. We worked with him for a minutes on Wednesday and then we came back with my wife and other daughter on Saturday. We asked for Mark by name as we enjoyed working with him. He was extremely honest, personable, caring and attentive to all our needs. He sat with us during the 4 hour process and answered any and all questions my daughter had as this was her first time ever buying a car. He is someone that really has customer service on the top of his list. I would definitely recommend him and his manager to all my family and friends.
