        Overall

        I pulled up to the drive through and there were putts from other vehicles. I had to wait five minutes for somebody to come acknowledge I was waiting and then ONLY AFTER I HAD TO BEEP MY HORN. My order was incorrect. I ordered hash browns and got the cinnibun things. I even asked for "ketchup for my hash browns". I pulled around and went in to the store and the "manager" rene, told me I got what I ordered, was extremely rude and yelled at me. He asked who I thought I was coming back to yell at him. I was ignored when I asked for the owners contact information as well. This person knows nothing about customer service at all. He just kept telling me how wrong I was and that I received the order I wanted. This person needs to be fired from this position. His team then started telling me how rude I am and that if I called to complain they all stick together anyway so nothing will happen. I demanded a refund and left. As long as this crew remains employed I will never be back and I will post this experience every place I can on social media.
