I met Mike Bumgarder July of 2003 when I bought my 2003 Trailblazer. I went to the off location sale that was being held at Invesco Field. My sister recommended Mike as she also had purchased a car from him. I would recommend Mike to my friends and other family members. They had to search out of state to find the exact unit I wanted and the deal was executed quickly, easily, and at a very acceptable price.

I came in on a Wed, close to close to order a wiper blade for my 2006 Pontiac Vibe. I was told that they did not have any there but that the Denver warehouse had 6 in stock. I was also told that orders are made by 2:00 pm everyday, so they wouldn't be able to make the order until Thursday. But, they said that I should have the part on Friday since they have it at the warehouse and that they would call me. Friday came and I did not receive a call. I decided to stop in anyway, hoping that they had just forgotten to call me. No! The guy said that it was ordered but that they warehouse didn't really have 6 in stock and that no had updated the system. They ordered it from the manufacturer and that it would be Monday or Tuesday before they get it. Well I didn't get a call until Thursday. The part though that gets me is not that it took a week. But that I was told twice estimated times of delivery that turned out to be way off! Don't these guys know that it is good service to over-estimate!

Recently I purchased a new suburban. I expected the process to be exhausting and difficult however I was very surprised and pleased with my experience at Stevinson Chevrolet. Thank you Jim Page for your assistance in getting us into the Equinox. You found me a 4 cylinder in the model I wanted with all the options, you encouraged me to call you on your day off. Thank you for your time and effort, I like your style. I came to Stevenson reluctantly but you've changed my opinion of the dealership.

My wife and I went to Stevinson to drive the Equinox, 4 vs 6 cylinder. When we returned from test driving the vehicles Andrew Espinosa had already done a computer search looking for cars in the area that we might consider to purchase. He worked with us and eventually found a vehicle that had most of the options we wanted minus the 4 cylinder we had decided on. After a couple of hours of back and forth we decided to go with the car he found, which was on the way but still on the train. We picked the car up today and I was extremely happy to see that Andrew had come in on his day off to make sure we were happy with the purchase and that we understood all the workings of the car, which took about and hour and a half. Andrew is very professional and thorough and we will recommend family and friends to go to him for their future vehicle purchases as we will do. Thank you, Rick Perkins
