I found Jeff on Craigslist because we needed a valve replaced on our sprinkler system. He came out and started working on a different valve even though my husband told him that was not the one we were having issues with. He gave some explanation as to why he was doing that. The next day or two we realize it's not fixed. I tried to call him back and left numerous voicemails over the next few days without any return call. I was convinced we had just been screwed. Ended up calling another company to come out to fix it as we were going on a long vacation later that week and needed it fixed while we were gone. He ended up calling back immediately after I paid the other company to fix what he hadn't. He gave some excuse about being up in the mountains for an emergency. He said he would be more than happy to come out and trim a tree to make up for it. Called him a few times about coming back to do that and haven't heard back. I would have been okay with the situation had he done that, but he hasn't followed through.



Definitely wouldn't use him again & would not recommend!

Jeff got a sprinkler system and sod installed in our yard on a very short deadline. We have had a couple issues with the fittings on our outdoor faucet but Jeff has been very responsive to all our requests for help. He has come within a day and helped resolve the problem. His prices were very reasonable and the guys working with him were all very nice.

This "business" is the worst landscaping company I have ever used. The owner, Jeff Smith, was extremely unprofessional. He didn't call back when he said he would, didn't show up for scheduled appointments. When he and his workers did come to complete the job, it was sloppy and well below par. It was a simple sod install. He over measured the lawn so he could make more money. I found out days later that he didn't even clear the weeds from the ground before he laid sod on top of it. The seams were messy. The sod is not taking in a number of areas due to the fact that the weeds are now growing under the sod



I am the wife of a deployed US soldier. I believe that Jeff Smith was taking advantage of my situation by over charging and doing an incomplete job. When I finally got a hold of him, he said he would come over and take care of it and then never showed. He will not return any of my phone calls. I am out $600, and can't do anything about it.



I would highly recommend not using this company. He is unscrupulous!!
