Worst, most arrogant staff I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my 38 years as a consumer. All headed by the worst person of all, GM Sean Wheelock. He ended up yelling at me last time I visited last Summer and kicked me out of his store all because I trusted this dealership would follow through on what they promised.

I purchased a brand new 2016 Harley Iron 883 in early 2016 and had the service department add some accessories to it. They were unable to add some expensive saddlebags to it since the passenger foot pegs were in the way. No problem. However, instead of giving me a refund of the price I already paid, they sent me a ~$240 gift card after promising that I could exchange it for cash if I wanted next time I swung by. Weird, but they were very nice (at the time).

I swung by 3 months later. They flatly refused to honor their promise. All Sean wanted me to do is spend the gc in their shop...which he kept repeating 7 times over. I explained I had nothing more to buy as I already spent north of $10K. He was extremely arrogant and acted like a complete jerk to me and wouldn't budge. He continued to tell me the guy who made the promise didn't work there anymore so I was out of luck!!?! And the salesman that sold me the bike was in Tulsa. I'm not sure how any of that mattered. He made it abundantly clear that I was little more than worthless to him. That he didn't give one ounce of s**t as to what was promised and couldn't care less what what I was told. I was in utter shock in the way that he handled this.

I've never been treated this poorly by any dealership or any retail establishment of any kind before. I got angry and he promptly kicked me out and I was told never to return. Then like a childhood bully, he followed me out of the store and yelled at me some more and acted as if he wanted to fight me! Seriously. This is no joke. They swindled me out of a lot of money and he seemed to enjoy it. Take your business ANYWHERE ELSE.

Twin City Harley Lakeville's service department is extremely helpful. I dealt with Mike White and he was very helpful with what I needed.
