They damaged my vehicle and after claiming they would fix it and stringing me along for 1.5 months, they never did. Filed a BBB complaint and they still won't fix, now filing small claims and AG complaint, stay far away from this place.

This is my third car that I have leased through Marshall Berg. Actually, Marshall started somewhere else, and when it came time to lease again, I followed him to Jeff Belzer and this is my second leased vehicle at this location. I gave Marshall heads-up that it was time for me to turn in this vehicle and lease another one. I have found that leasing the vehicle is so much easier on my wallet. No need to worry about any type of repairs with the exception of tire replacements and oil changes; even though there has not been a need to have the vehicles brought in for repairs.



Within seconds upon my arrival Marshall had the best salesperson ready to meet and get the paper rolling for the new lease. Tom Gorman, spent every moment with us while waiting for the financing to be completed (it was a very busy day, December 5, 2015). I even told Tom to go ahead and start working with another client, and he said that the sales department works as a team to ensure best quality time is spent with each client, therefore, he was sticking with me until the end.



And then came Josh who even though it was for a minute, was very courteous and "escorted" us to the finance member, who even took the time to answer a few additional questions referencing the lease, which I was very impressed that he did not hesitate to answer.



Finally - there was Shayne Goodson- fine young man and veteran. Being a veteran myself, we had the opportunity to compare notes on some Army times – even though I am quite a few years older and a female; we had a great understanding and respect of each other. Shayne sat in the car while we contacted OnStar and created the account; he took down the information that was needed.



Overall- each time I return to Jeff Belzer to upgrade my leased vehicle, the experience gets better and better.

You have an outstanding team that works with you to create the most utmost comfortable environment in any dealership. Never once was there any type of pressure to buy or add on any packages. The staff always ensured that we were comfortable, had coffee and just very nice. Thank you for allowing the opportunity to feel the no pressure zone while leasing a vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in for my blower motor fan not working, and when I picked it up the next day I noticed the mileage was 13 miles more than I brought it in with, and the work order showed the same mileage on it as they had noted when I brought it in for the repair. When I asked them about this, they said they needed to test drive it to see if there were anymore problems with it, I said 13 miles to see if there was anything wrong with a new vehicle? He said yeah, sometimes they have to go that far to make sure it has no other problems!! Lol, not sure about you, but never had any mechanic drive my car that far even when I had motor or tranny problems in the past. If you ever bring your car there for service work for something that doesn't require your car to be driven for the repair, ask them to call you first!! Very irritated by this, Dave.

I just want to clarify that Tom Gorman was a great and very patient sales person who explained everything very well and did a great job considering he had to pick up the pieces and had 3 people to deal wtih and get us a great deal on a truck. So I give Tom Gorman five stars but the atompsheere when you first walk into the reception area in the Chevy building is unwelcoming, and the receptionist have very very poor customer service , in general and seem to be clue less on who works in their dealership, and it seems like no one wants to help you at all. They need to get new receptionist, for sure they have very very poor customer service call a lexus dealership and you will see a 360 in customer service and in professionalism in which the Chevy receptionist lacked serverly and sometimes things like that can be a real turn off , however had it not been for Tom Gorman and his great people skills I would of not been buying a car from chevy and more than likely from Toyota or lexus due to the customer service first received on my first walk through from the receptionist

just bought a prius from this dealership, had an excellent experience. Terry helped me through the entire process. He made me feel at ease and felt he was very honest and truly enjoys his job. He did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal and did not feel pressured to buy the be chicle or purchase extras that I was not interested in. Wonderful customer service- I would definitely recommend going here to buy a car!

We had a very positive experience with Jeff Sepulvado while purchasing a 2014 Dodge Avenger. He listened to our wants and needs as far as a new vehicle was concerned and found a car we loved within our budget. We were at the dealership for a big sale Memorial Day weekend and were among many other customers looking for new vehicles. We received very personal and individualized service from Jeff even with him being extremely busy all day with numerous customers. He was well informed about the inventory and went above and beyond our expectations as a salesman. He was great to work with, in fact we were back today to trade in another vehicle and bought a 2015 Kia Sorento. Thank you so much for all your help.

So far, our experience with Jeff Belzer's has been fantastic! Much praise goes to Kevin Clarke; he went above and beyond to help us purchase a new Chevy Cruze! And we didn't make it easy for him either. I'm a servicemember currently stationed overseas getting ready to rotate back, and in need of a new car. We wanted to take advantage of some year-end deals, so we basically bought the car sight unseen. He put up with several phone calls from us, dozens of emails back and forth, and a significant time difference, among other things. All the while, he was upbeat and positive and PATIENT. Unlike others, I never felt pressured once, even though it was the end of the year. If anything, we were pressuring THEM to get the paperwork done as quickly as possible!



Essentially, if you do your homework and go in prepared, they WILL get you the car you want. They didn't have the car we wanted in stock, but they were willing to go to another dealer to get it for us, AND still give us their incredible discounts. Overall, I'm completely satisfied and would recommend Jeff Belzer's to anyone. Thanks again Kevin for making my first car-buying experience a great one! :)

grandparents bought us a new chevy traverse

my fiancees grandma bought us a 2012 Chevy traverse. we live in Mankato she is in new York. all dealings...and transactions took place via phone and wire transfer. it was a painless experience. Air Force Joe handled the sales. and when my license plates came in the dealership mailed them to me. saved me a 100 plus mile round trip. thankful for my beautiful new vehicle and grandmas gift...
