        Overall

        I stopped in to this Ulta for a a TRIM of my hair. Asked to have 2 inches cut off, don't put in layers, don't touch the bangs. While yammering on about how bobs are all the rage right now Sondra hacked off at least 6 inches! Obviously, I now have the hairstyle SHE likes! Absolutely furious and will never set foot in an Ulta again. (Was charged $47 for what was supposed to be a simple trim.).

        Overall

        I went to this salon to get my hair cut and styled. I simply wanted a trim with my layers cleaned up. After the cut they did an okay looking blowout and flipped up the ends. Hours later I took a shower and fully straightened my hair only to discover my hair was cut crooked. There was an obvious slant and when pulled forward you can tell the two sides are easily an inch or more different in length.
