This place is a joke. I work night shift, so in theory I thought it would be easier to take my son to Night Owl to have a rash checked out. They said it was allergies. They prescribed Prednisone and told us to put him on Zyrtec and give him Benadryl at night. Cool! A week later, we took him back for the same thing (we couldn't get a hold of his primary care office, but that's another story for another office. Not so much the Dr's fault, more so the receptionist! I digress..). This time they gave him a prescription for Triamcinolone Acetonide and said to continue with the Zyrtec and Benadryl. No change. None at all. Actually, his hand got worse. After finally being able to get an appointment with his primary ped., we were told our son has SCABIES! This is something these incompetent fools at Night Owl should have been able to diagnose. Seriously. What's the test for scabies? My son has been living with scabies for almost a month. They put my entire household at risk. I work in a call center with 300 other people. Night Owl put them at risk. Each visit at Night Owl lasted about 10 minutes. Had they spent a little bit more time with us, I'm sure this could have been taken care of the first time.


I will never go back and I'm going to call them tomorrow to let them know about it. Ridiculous!

I had a minor illness on the weekend when my doctor was closed. I was seen in a timely fashion and had a great clinical experience. Being in the nursing profession I would recommend Nite Owl .

I go to Nite Owl all the time and always have a great experience! It is a very clean facility, very friendly staff and a great doctor. As always it was a very quick and easy visit for my son and me. Dr. Adler is very pleasant and always makes us feel very comfortable with his management. I prefer him to our primary pediatrician.

ive had to take my boys to nite owl several times within the past 2 months and they've been great, alot better than taking them to the ER. we are always in and out.

I took my daughter to Night Owl for after hours care. We were there for hours. The administrative staff was very rude. They insisted it was ‘the rule’ to hang on to my ID and credit card from the time we sign in to the time we are leaving to ensure they receive payment. (Right, as if I am going to hand my wallet over to a virtual stranger.) The nursing staff was absolutely incompetent. The nurse didn’t bother to even introduce herself or her student tag-along. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t introduce students and ask if it is okay for them to observe, not just barge into your personal space. She obviously hadn’t been around children much and didn’t even attempt to make my daughter feel at ease. Even worse, the nurse could not figure out how to work the x ray machine. She fumbled around with the machine, paced the room & scratched her head, and repositioned my daughter numerous times all for nothing. After she apparently was exposing my daughter to radiation needlessly, I insisted on a new nurse. They blamed the whole situation on getting a new machine (in September!). Overall, I’m very disappointed and would not return under any circumstance.
