Lake Deeson Village

There is mold in my unit due to rain and when I addressed it a couple months ago I was told they checked it and when I begin to have breathing g problems I called them Louise sent over an unlicensed contractor to evaluate he said the mold came from mopping with to much water funny I never mopped the unit only dry mopped it she begin to blame me for the mold rat and roach problem then after I sent her a email she post dated a letter 2 days before I got them putting the letter on my door with a post date 2 days before.yes it's on my servalance 📷

I have lived here for a few years now, I was here under the former manager as well, and I can say this much. If you paid your lot rent on time, then you would not be getting evicted. In order to evict someone they have to show you have not paid what you owe. The only people I have seen getting evicted here is the ones who are not paying. So Brian I guess you would be one of them if you are getting evicted. Secondly you say Christin is the worst human being, well how long have you lived here and not paid before she had to do her job and evict you? I know how things work with evictions and they have to give you a 3 day notice that you owe rent or move. I am sure you got one of those which gave you the oppurtunity to pay your rent. And you can't say you only owe a little bit of rent, because they have only been evicting those who owe over $1,000 or more. I know this because I am friends to several of the people who owed a large sum of money who got evicted. And the only people who have problems with Christin are those who are doing wrong to begin with. Otherwise everyone else thinks she is a nice person. She gets paid to do a job. She has to do what the owner tells her to do. So for you to put her name out here like this is just plan wrong of you Brian. You should be ashamed of yourself for doing what your doing, when you know you are in the wrong.
