JR Golf Carts

Yearly service, I was told $60.00 for the maintenance unless there was other work needed they would call me before anything was done. I requested to add a key to my maintenance fee. this was a total of $63.00.On Friday I got an estimate for over $800.00. My golf cart was there in December of 2014 year and half ago... King pin bushings, thrust washers etc. I told him that this company already replaced this on my cart in Dec. of 2014 he ask me to read off the invoice from 2014. RED FLAG I told him NO! My breaks and steeling were never an issue. after I requested to return my cart. I have very little breaks and my steeling is all over the road.. there is a knock in the front that wasn't there before When the delivery person drop off the cart I should have drove it first I realize that now, the steering wheel is not centered after is was put back together The dash is cracked. I called and left a message the owner still has not responded. Also was added to the bill $15.00 shop supplies.

I got to know JR(Javier Rojas) this last year and have found him to be one of the few honest good businessmen left in the golf cart business. I personally work with JR at his shop on saturaday's and make PR calls during the week for him because of his HONESTY. 99% of JR'sbusiness is REPEAT & REFERRAL from VERY satisfied customers. His rates for service work are lower than his competition and prices on purcheses of new, used refurbished, and used carts are excellant with some customers saving as much as $1200 for the same cart as seen at a competitor. One recent transaction occurred with a new large service customer in which he took one of their carts to their current service dealer and they wanted over $800 to repair the cart. He then brought the same cart to JR to check service costs and JR fixed their cart for just a little over $300!! Need I say any more!!!! It is a GREAT PLEASURE for me to help represent JR because of HIS true desire to help people save money, especially during this tough economy when alot of people are struggling to make ends meet! I live in Woodbrook Estates in lakeland fl. we have about 60 carts here , i met JR a year ago, i was so pleased that i told every one i knew about hem , he now has over 1/2 of the cart owners work , we also bought a 2008 cart for our neighborhood watch program, i understand he has one of the mines that he has serviced over 95 carts for this year.
