I want to thank Dr. Robinson for having saved me from having to put my much loved dog down prematurely. I was taking him to another vet who told me that the only way to help my dog's skin condition was to move to Alaska (not an actual option for either the dog or I) and it got so bad that I was beginning to think that he would be better off dead...until Dr. Robinson stepped in and helped us. I can't say enough about what feels like a miracle...fur angels are an obvious thing to me but now I think that there may be other angels around too! Thanks Dr. Robinson.

The first thing I look for in any Dr is taking the time and having patience so that I can ask questions and be thorough as to what is wrong with me and what it is they can do for me and that is what Dr Alex did. He was with me over an hour and really took his time with me. He was honest and I appreciate that. I think everyone there is delightful. I have been to many many chiropractors in my life. I definitely recommend Cleveland Heights Chiropractic Clinic

Dr. Ison has been treating me for three years. Before a friend referred me to his office for care I went through life with low back pain or a stiff neck off and on. The Cleveland Heights Chiropractic Clinic staff is always willing to work around schedule when I need to be treated. Dr. Ison is very gentle with his adjustments and is very knowledgable.

I would never recommend this place to my friends of family. My family and I have been going here since the 1980s (when it was run properly). Unfortunately, the son runs it now. Imagine if George Bush Sr. opended an animal hospital and George W. Bush took over. I think you get my drift. Allow me to elaborate, I recently called to inquire about my pet and Sheila was the rudest receptionist that I have ever encountered. She will mindlessly type away on her computer and completely disregard what you are asking. In fact, I had to ask if she was still there. Unfortunately, she was. Her attitude makes it feel like you are inconveniencing her with your questions. If she answers, do yourself a favor and say "sorry, wrong number". Next, don't forget to take a second mortgage on your house if you have the misfortune of bringing your pet in. They will give your pet every oddball test they can think of for the simplest of medical issues. I'm surprised that they didn't give my dog the FCAT while they were at it...better double check my bill. This place is about one thing and one thing only...$$$$. We can never get out of there without spending over $100 and our pets are healthy. Lord have mercy on someone that has an ill pet. Additionally, we got a lecture about how bad it was to buy the cheaper but equal alternatives to REVOLUTION at Wal-Mart. It is imperative to our dogs well-being that we purchase the REVOLUTION that they offer. Everything they do or offer is so over-priced. Trust me, compare their prices and fees to Christina or Kathleen Animal Hospital and you will see. To further prove my point, call and inquire about their world famous pet boarding that includes a television in the room. Seriously, do it. You will laugh like you never have before at the price you are quoted. Not to mention the fact that they have an actual TV in the room with the pet!!! I wonder if they provide a remote control? I would check my bill just in case. I thought I was booking my dog on a cruise to the Bahamas. In conclusion, I would avoid this place completely. The service is terrible and the vets are clueless. On the bright side, they have an awesome antique style decor and a great big TV to watch while you wait. No wonder Sheila doesn't want to be bothered. I would be rude too if someone interrupted me while I was watching TV. I wonder how Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital can afford that cool stuff??? I'll let you decide.

When it comes to chiropractors, Dr. Scottie Ison is the BEST of the BEST. Dr. Ison has been my chiropractor for a number of years and he has provided me with superior care. I’ve had times when I went to Dr. Ison’s office in agonizing pain and then left feeling like I’d experienced a healing miracle. I have been a patient of Dr. Scottie Ison for three years. I had chiropractic care prior to Dr. Ison, but I have to say that Dr. Ison is the BEST at what he does! He is not only a great doctor, but his staff is very nice (they are the best at what they do as well). I have always had a pleasant experience and I highly recommend him for chiropractic care! I was in tremendous pain! I couldn't turn my neck left or right. I called the Cleveland Heights Chirorpactic Clinic and a very polite lady answered the phone. She made me an appointment at my soonest convenience. She then walked me through what chiropractic is and what would be expected upon my first visit. Her calm demeanor helped relax me of some of the fear I had. When I walked in to Dr. Ison's conveniently located office in south Lakeland, I was shocked as to how clean his office was. His staff was well groomed, they were very professional, and they were all very kind. It was time for the treatment. I was called back to the treatment room and I waited only a few minutes. The doctor came in and greeted me as if I were an old friend. He was very nice and he was thorough in examintation. He explained to me what was happening with my neck, and then he to give me a chiropractic adjustment. Within a short while, I was already beginning to feel better. I must say that this is a wonderful establishment. I would recommend it to anyone. Two thumbs up!
