Wife took Subarue in to find out a noise was when she started car up. They told her that she needed new battery, starter and alternator costing $1700. When she told me, I told her to take her car from Cannon, (they got mad at her) and take it to Autozone and have them check the battery and alternator, all was fine. My wife found out later that it was a inverter charger for her phone that was in the console that made the sound all along. This was Avery disappointing experience for my wife, she will not ever do business with them.

Website says service open until 6pm, website allows you to make and appointment for 5:15 when I get to dealership, I am told that the techs leave at 5pm. Get it together people, very unprofessional for such a big dealership.

Cannon Cadillac in Lakeland is not a dealership that you want to do business with, they use bait and switch to sell cars that they want to get rid of, I negotiated with them for three days on a 2012 SRX that i wanted to buy, on the third day we finally agreed on a price, when i was on my way to pick the car up I received a phone call from them saying that the car I wanted was not available for sale, that it was in service as a loaner, and that i would need to pick out another car on their lot, but they didnt have another one like what i wanted, i asked them to do a dealer trade, and the sales manager said NO WAY, since this is done everyday by dealerships it made me very warey of Cannon Automotive, they used all their high pressure sales techs to sway me to buy another car, but Ive chosen to buy from a more respectable dealership, Take this as a warning and stay away from the Cannon Automotive Group.

DO NOT buy a Buick ENCLAVE..... The dealer ship and all employees were nice, not pushy and i felt very honest however, i am very unhappy with my 2009 Enclave that i have had for 2yrs now.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. From test drive through purchase we were treated in a very professional manner. Absolutely no pressure to buy. We were given a great trade-in value as well as a great price on our Subaru. I had shopped in Orlando and Tampa to find the lowest price on the vehicle we wanted to purchase and Cannon happily matched that price. Dave Mulder, General Sales Manager, was extremely easy to work with and is a man of his word. Kevin Wrynn, our saleman was also knowledeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We had always been loyal Honda drivers but after comparing the CRV to the Outback we decided to go with the Outback and we love it! I would strongly encourage anyone who is in the market for a new car to visit Cannon and give them a shot at earning your business!
