Wow - After waiting for HOURS at another local drug testing facility, I decided to go to ARCpoint. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very clean facility, professional staff, and expedient results. I will never go to another lab in this area again. They are open all day and do not close for lunch which is a big plus for someone trying to take care of personal clinical business on their lunch break, as I was. My highest recommendations for anyone in Polk County or surrounding areas - go to ARCpoint Labs and don't waste your day sitting in a waiting room for a test that only takes a few minutes.
