Trusted Home Care Services

I had met with one of their Community Advocates and was planning on selecting Trusted Home Care Services as my LTC home based provider. However I asked for a simple referral for my current provider to be given a local class to become HHA certified. So after I emailed, spoke to her and followed up again at the close of business the next day - nothing, nada, no response. I cannot use an agency who can't send a simple referral for a class, much less be responsible for staffing for my medical and personal care health needs. While this "Advocate" was delightful in person, she clearly has no time or simply doesn't care about responding to a very simple, yet time sensitive request.
