EMANUEL KNOWS SHORT PLATINUM BLONDE! I recently moved to Portland and the hardest service for me to commit to was a new hairstylist. I have naturally dark hair that I prefer to be very short Platinum Blonde. My hair does not bleach easily and the short haircut shows a bad cut. I based my search for Paul Mitchell products because I know it works best on my hair. I found Volero salon. The price was more than I liked, but not out of line for high quality salons. The salon is artistic but not cluttered. The girls who greeted me were very nice and Victor was sauve and sweet. I loved the stylist station mirrors custom made to resemble artist easles. My stylist Emanuel made me feel very comfortable and at ease, so after a consultation he started on my hair. From the beginning I could tell this was going to go really well. He said he had extensive experience and was once a trainer, and that also added to my confidence. He took great pains in every aspect of the process. I recalled tips past stylists used to make my hair succesfully lift, and he used them all! After a very nice rinse and scalp massage, I was back to shining platinum blonde. He seemed skilled with scissors as well and the end result was fabulous! I was done and out the door in what I considered record time!! That's amazing!
