Hunt Club

We've had nothing but trouble with this apartment community. It seemed nice at first- it's in a nice, quiet location with easy access to the highway. We were originally lured by the nice renovations: granite counter tops, maple cabinets and open layout of the apartment, but after moving in and upon further inspection noticed a lot of bad construction and design. The closet doors were placed so close together it was near impossible to get to anything in the closet, there was no shelving/storage in the bathrooms, and the balcony was rotting and the gutters were falling off causing all the rain water to pool inside of the balcony storage space among many other problems. The real kicker is how much money we lost due to negligent maintenance. They do routine water heater check-ups and failed to notice the problem with ours, causing our electricity bill to sky-rocket. Finally after much investigation and many work orders later, I figured out it was the water heater. "Somehow" it had been turned up way higher than it was supposed to be. And after all that they racked up a ton of bogus move-out charges and tried to double charge us for utility fees. We left the place in good condition for how long we'd lived there. Also, in the time we lived there, they had a high turnover rate of office and maintenance employees...hmmm. Anyways, moral of the story: don't be fooled by a facade of "luxury". If you want to waste a lot of money and time, then this is the place for you.
