Gregg Chiropractic North

I received a telemarketing phone call stating that my initial visit to Gregg Chiropractic was going to be free. I showed up for the appointment and was given my free consultation and examination. After the examination, Dr. Que told me that xrays were needed, but that they would cost me $70 if my insurance didn't cover the cost (a bit of a bait and switch tactic). I agreed to the xrays and had them taken by an inexperienced staff (we are talking about multiple retakes and more radiation exposure than necessary). When the xrays were ready, the Dr. Que went over them with me and actually did a good job explaining what was going on. I then received one of the best manipulations I have ever received from any chiropractor before. The staff came in to talk to me afterward and attempted to sell me a contoured pillow that costs $40 (which I found on the internet to be $13.75). I refused to purchase the pillow and left. I have been going to see Dr. Que for about 4-5 weeks now and found out through the grapevine that Dr. Que was quitting. I confronted him about the situation, and he explained to me that Dr. Greg instructed him not to let patients know that he was quitting. Furthermore, his replacement was to be giving the manipulations from now on. I met his replacement and received the most brutal manipulations ever. It literally felt like I was being hit with a sledgehammer repeatedly. I decided not to return followed by multiple phone calls from the staff throughout the next couple of days.
