        I had a revision rhinoplasty-a very complex procedure with Dr. Gross after a botched rhinoplasty to repair an old fracture and improve the nose appearance. I wanted to improve my nose, since expecting perfection was unrealistic. Dr. Gross did such an amazing job that my nose looks better than I could have pictured it even without the bad rhinoplasty the other doctor had performed. Dr. Gross is an 'artist'. He has so much experience with rhinoplasty that it is hard to find a better doctor. He has an awesome staff (RN Sarah is SO wonderful-caring, nice, knowledgeable), and great follow up care. I wish I had done my first procedure there. Would have saved a lot of grief!!

        They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Dr. Gross was extremely friendly and really strived to make me feel comfortable. I was definitely pleased with his bedside manner. They never pressured me, just answered all my questions and helped me better understand nose surgery/ Rhinoplasty. A very respectful environment. I was impressed with how quickly and professionally my calls were answered there. I was never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question or need an apptmt., they can accomodate me. I would recommend.

        I don't know where to begin setting to words my surgical experience. From the first visit to the Orlando Plastic Surgery office, I felt confident that I had found the right surgeon. Dr. Gross were referred to me a few years ago, before the reality had set in that I would actually go through any facial enhancement, such as a facelift or a rhinoplasty.



        One of the concerns that I had was the time crunch of my daughter's wedding, which was seven weeks from the surgery. I had a lot of anxiety concerning the recovery time, and was very brave (or crazy) to schedule surgery that close. I had several procedures done at the same time and was especially worried about the laser surgery on my skin.



        It all worked out great. I had so many compliments on my appearance, and no one was the wiser. I looked 10 years younger! How do you thank someone who has made you look 10 years younger?



        The recover play I followed put me back into service very quickly. I felt it was crucial to follow the post-op care to the T. I also am amazed at not being able to see any scars. AMAZING!



        I also want to compliment your Orlando staff for their fine job, as well.



        Thank you very much for your skills and caring. You're the best!
